This is David Bowie singing about a fucking adorable, pun making gnome while laughing in an incredibly forced, slightly creepy way.  This song is fucking weird.  But it’s Bowie.  It’s motherfucking Bowie.  If anyone can sing about gnomes and puns and laugh like he’s being forced to, it’s Bowie.
